My first pick for this game is for the seventh ranked LSU Tigers and the Arkansas Razorbacks to go over their total points in this game. I expect this one to be a back and forth affair and the only reason for that is because Arkansas is playing on their own home field in this game. Last week these two teams combined for a total of 51 points. However, 31 of those were scored by the LSU Tigers during their huge win over Alabama, while Arkansas only managed to score 19 against Liberty, however, I look for their offense to bounce back in this one.
My second pick for this game is for the seventh ranked LSU Tigers to pick up the win over the Arkansas Razorbacks on Saturday afternoon. LSU has redirected their entire season after their upset wins over Ole Miss and Alabama. Now they have a legitimate shot at becoming the first two loss team to ever play in the college football playoffs. They will certainly have to win out and the breaks will have to go their way, but it all starts with this game. While I expect this one to be close and high scoring for a while , in the end I think LSU will pull away and get the win.

#20 Notre Dame @ Navy – 12PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Navy Midshipman and Notre Dame Fighting Irish to go under their over/under points line set for their game Saturday. Navy runs a triple option offense that takes the life out of the ball and allows the clock to drain whenever it’s in their possession. Which means this game is going to have a minimal amount of possessions and that will lead to less points being scored between these two decades old “rivals” on Saturday.
My second pick for this game is for the 20th ranked Notre Dame Fighting Irish to pick up the win over the Midshipmen of the United States Naval Academy. These two teams meet every single season and nine times out of ten it is the Irish who prevail. I expect more of the same in this one, as this Notre Dame team is getting hot at the right time and are coming off of a trashing of a previously 4th ranked Clemson Tigers team.

Purdue @ #21 Illinois – 12PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Purdue Boilermakers to go under their total points scored in this massive Big Ten West division game. The Illinois Fighting Illini have one of the best defense units in the country and only give up around ten points per game this season. To make matters worse the Boilermakers this is a road game, and they have struggled scoring on the road this season and in general as well. As they have scored less than thirty in all but four games this season.
My second pick for this game is for the twenty first ranked Illinois Fighting Illini to pick up the win over the Purdue Boilermakers on Saturday afternoon. This is an absolutely massive game, as the winner will put themselves into the driver seat for first place in the Big Ten West division. In the end I think it’ll be the Fighting Illini defensive unit that comes up huge and helps them close out the game.

Vanderbilt @ #24 Kentucky – 12PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Kentucky Wildcats quarterback Will Levis. He is regarded as one of top prospects in next year’s National Football League draft and he is living up to that hype in what is likely his final season in Lexington. He comes into this game having thrown for sixteen touchdowns and nearly two thousand yards so far this season. However, his turnover numbers have been a concern at times. I expect him to go over his total yards in this game.
My second pick for this game is for the 24th ranked Kentucky Wildcats to pick up the win over the Vanderbilt Commodores on Saturday afternoon. While neither of these teams seasons have gone how they would have hoped, as Kentucky had college football playoff or new year’s six bowl hopes, I still think they should get the easy win in this one. The key difference in this game will be the quarterback position and with Levis they have a game changer that Vandy certainly lacks.

#9 Alabama @ #11 Ole Miss – 3:30PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Alabama Crimson Tide and Ole Miss Rebels to go over their total combined points scored in this game. As I look for these two teams to shatter the over on the over/under here on Saturday afternoon. Nearly everytime these two SEC schools get together you can expect a high scoring thriller and it should be more of the same in this one. Especially after Alabama is coming off of their second loss of the season and Ole Miss still has an outside shot of making the college football playoffs.
My second pick for this game is for the eleventh ranked Ole Miss Rebels to pick up the win over ninth ranked Alabama Crimson Tide. It has already been a long year for the Crimson Tide and they have shown that they are having trouble winning on the road as well. As they nearly lost to Texas, and have lost to both Tennessee and LSU now away from home. Now they get to travel to another tough place to play when they hit Oxford on Saturday. I don’t expect this one to go much better, as I look for Ole Miss to send them packing and out of the top 10 for good.
