Last year Michigan put a ton of points on the board and I think they will carry that into this brand new college football season and hang at least 35 points or more on Colorado State at home to open up the season.
My second pick for this game is for the Michigan Wolverines to pick up the victory over Colorado State in game one of the 2022-23 college football season. The Wolverines were one of the best teams in the country last season and they should be no match for Colorado State in this one. I expect this game to be a blowout and for Michigan to start the season 1-0 after coming off of a playoff appearance last season.

#13 NC State @ East Carolina – 12PM ET
My first pick for this game is for North Carolina State and East Carolina to go over their total combined points in this game. Both of these teams are very capable of putting up points on the board and it will certainly happen here in this one. As I expect both teams to score at leats three touchdowns a piece.
My second pick for this game is for the North Carolina State Wolfpack to pick up the victory over the East Carolina Pirates to open up the 2022-23 college football season. North Carolina State should have one of the better teams in the nation this season and it should show in the game as I expect them to get the victory in a close and competitive matchup.

My first pick for this game is for the Boston College Eagles to go over their total points in the first game of the season against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. Boston College and quarterback Phil Jurkovic should have a solid offense this season and I expect that to show here in the first game of the season against Rutgers.
My second pick for this game is for Boston College to pick up the victory over Rutgers. Boston College I’d expected to be a solid team this season and Rutgers as usual is picked to finish towards the bottom of the Big Ten Conference. I look for this one to be a one sided affair as I expect Boston College to run away with this game.

North Carolina @ Appalachian State – 12PM ET
My first pick for this game is for Appalachian State and the North Carolina Tar Heels to combine to go over their total points in game one of the 2022-23 college football season. These two teams are going to have a shootout here in week one of the season as these two North Carolina schools are going to combine for fifty plus in my opinion.
My second pick for this game is for the Appalachian State Mountaineers to pick up the win over the North Carolina Tar Heels in this weekend’s opening game. I think game will be the first big upset of the season in college football and if anyone is good for it, it’s Appalachian State as it is the 15th anniversary of their upset over Michigan in 2007.

My first pick for this game is for the Oregon Ducks and Georgia Bulldogs to go under their total combined points in this game. I think Georgia despite losing a lot is still going to have a solid defense during the 2022-23 college football season. I expect this game to be a low scoring affair between two of the top teams in all of college football.
My second pick for this game is for the Georgia Bulldogs to pick up the victory over the Oregon Ducks in game number one of the 2022-23 college football season. After winning the national championship last season I think the Georgia Bulldogs will keep on rolling and pick up the victory here in game one over a tough and competitive Oregon team.
