Ohio State showed they were a little scared to let Kyle McCord and Devon Brown rip the football and break the playbook open in the opening game of the season against Indiana. That shows that Trayveon Henderson will likely take up a lot of the workload over the first couple weeks of the season and that is exactly what I expect here in this game against Youngstown State on Saturday afternoon at home. As I look for Trayveon Henderson to get plenty of touches early on in this game and go over his total rushing yards against Youngstown State, as Ohio State looks to pick up their second victory of the season.
My second pick for this game is for the Ohio State Buckeyes to pick up the victory over the Youngstown State Penguins in their home opener to pick up their second victory of the season. Ohio State started off slow against Indiana last weekend and I expect the opposite to happen in this game as they are playing much less or competition to open up their schedule at home. As I look for the Buckeyes to take control of this game early on and pick up a comfortable victory to pick up their second victory of the season as they prepare for a collision course with Notre Dame in a few weeks. I also expect Ohio State to cover the spread in the second game of their season here on Saturday.

Delaware @ #7 Penn State – 12PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Penn State quarterback, Drew Allar. Penn State had a slow start to the opening game of the season against West Virginia last weekend, but they came on strong later on in the night. It was certainly a coming out party for Drew Allar as he had multiple touchdown passes and I expect him to follow up that solid performance with another solid performance here on Saturday afternoon at home against Delaware. As I look for Drew Allar to have an incredible game here in week number two of the season as Penn State looks to pick up their second victory of the year. As I look for Drew Allar to go over his total touchdown passes here on Saturday afternoon.
My second pick for this game is for the Penn State Nittany Lions to pick up the victory over Delaware to grab their second consecutive victory of the season. Penn State had a slow start against West Virginia but when they pulled it all together, they blew out the Mountaineers to open up the season. Now they will face off with FCS opponent Delaware, as they look to pick up their second consecutive victory, and firmly establish themselves inside the top 10 teams in the country. That is exactly what I expect as I look for this game to be all Penn State throughout all four quarters and for the Nittany Lions to pick up a massive victory to grab their second victory of the season, to get ready for the rough conference schedule that they have ahead of them later down the line.

#10 Notre Dame @ North Carolina State – 12PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Notre Dame starting quarterback Sam Hartman. Throughout the first two games of the season for Notre Dame, Hartman has been throwing touchdown passes left and right as he has finally provided Notre Dame with the quarterback they have needed for years. He will be looking to pick up right where he left off on Saturday afternoon in South Bend when Notre Dame travels to North Carolina State for their first test of the season. That is exactly what I expect out of Sam Hartman as I expect him to have another quality performance in the third game of the season for Notre Dame and for him to go over his total touchdown passes here on Saturday afternoon on the road.
My second pick for this game is for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish to pick up their third victory of the season against the North Carolina State Wolfpack here on Saturday afternoon in Raleigh. Notre Dame has looked incredible throughout the first two games of the season as they have picked up back to back blowout victories over Navy and Tennessee State respectively. They will be looking to keep the momentum rolling here on Saturday afternoon as they hit the road for the first time this season and will see their first true test of the season as well. I expect Notre Dame to handle the test well and to pick up a third consecutive win to open up the year as they are also on a collision course with Ohio State in the coming weeks.

UNLV @ #2 Michigan – 3:30PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Michigan quarterback JJ McCarthy. He had an impressive showing in their opening game of the season against East Carolina and he will be looking to replicate that performance here on Saturday in his second game of the season against UNLV. Last weekend against East Carolina JJ McCarthy put on a show, as he threw for 280 yards and three touchdown passes with twenty six completions in thirty attempts. I expect him to have a spectacular performance for the second week in a row and for JJ McCarthy to go over his total touchdown passes here against UNLV at home on Saturday afternoon.
My second pick for this game is for the Michigan Wolverines to pick up their second victory of the season against the UNLV Rebels here on Saturday afternoon at the Big House. Michigan looked solid in the opening game of the season against East Carolina, and they will be looking to replicate that performance here on Saturday afternoon at home to pick up their second victory of the year. They will still be without head coach Jim Harbaugh, as he serves his season opening suspension thanks to self reported recruiting violations. However, they should be fine without Jim Harbaugh on the sideline, and they should pick up another solid victory and cover the spread against UNLV as well.

My first pick for this game is for the North Carolina Tar Heels starting quarterback, Drake Maye. He had an incredible performance in their season opening victory over South Carolina and he will be looking to replicate that performance here in game number two of the season against Appalachian State. He had multiple touchdown passes in the opening game of the season, as North Carolina picked up a comfortable victory over South Carolina to open up the year, and I expect Drake Maye to have a similar performance in the second game of the season against Appalachian State here on Saturday night as well. As I look for him to go over his total touchdown passes here on Saturday at home as they look to pick up their second victory of the season.
