My first pick for this game is for the Texas Rangers starting pitcher Martin Perez. He is off to an incredible start this season and he comes into this game with six victories and only a single loss on his record this season. He will be looking to pick up victory number seven in this game against the Tigers at Comerica Park on Tuesday. Perez has allowed less than three runs in six starts this season and he is going against one of the worst offenses in baseball in this one. He comes into this start averaging around five and a half innings pitched per appearance and I expect him to go over his total outs here on Tuesday evening.
My second pick for this game is for the Texas Rangers to pick up the victory over the Detroit Tigers in the second game of his series on Tuesday evening. The pitching matchup heavily favors the Rangers in this one and they have the momentum after grabbing the victory in game number one of the series on Monday. Perez has been electric when he takes the mound this season and Texas has been consistent this season and I expect them to get another comfortable victory over the Detroit Tigers in this game on Tuesday night on the road.

Cleveland Guardians @ Baltimore Orioles – 7:05PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher Kyle Gibson. He is off to a solid start to the season, and he comes into the start looking to pick up his seventh victory of the year. He will be also looking to help Baltimore even up the series after their loss on Monday afternoon to Cleveland. Gibson has been there ace this season and is some of the reason for Baltimore success, as his six victories have contributed to them having the second best record in Major League Baseball so far this season. He is going against a Cleveland offense that has struggled to score runs at times this year and I expect him to hold them at bay and go over his total outs in this start on Tuesday.
My second pick for this game is for the Baltimore Orioles to pick up the victory over the Cleveland guardians in the second game of their series on Tuesday night at Camden Yards. With Kyle Gibson taking the mound against Cal Quantrill, I have to edge the advantage to the Baltimore Orioles in this one. As lackluster as they looked on Monday, I expect them to bounce back at the plate and put up some runs against a guy that has struggled early on in games this season. I expect this game to be close throughout, but in the end, I think the Baltimore Orioles pick up the victory at home on Tuesday night to even up the series at one game a piece.

Tampa Bay Rays @ Chicago Cubs – 8:05PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Tampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Shane McClanahan. He is the current front runner to win the American League Cy Young award, and he has been absolutely incredible this season when he pitches for the Rays. He comes into this start undefeated with eight victories on the season as he will be looking to pick up his ninth victory of the year and even up this series here on Tuesday at Wrigley Field. He comes into this game averaging around six innings pitched per appearance and I have him going over his total outs in this game.
My second pick for this game is for the Tampa Bay Rays to pick up the victory over the Chicago Cubs in the second game of their three game series here on Tuesday night. Tampa Bay will be looking to even up the series after they were defeated by Chicago on Monday. With Shane McClanahan on the mound they have the clear advantage in the pitching matchup and I expect them to take full advantage of that and pick up a comfortable victory over the Chicago Cubs. After being held to one hit yesterday, I expect their offense to bounce back in a big way as well, and carry the load in this one.

Minnesota Twins @ Houston Astros – 8:10PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Minnesota Twins starting pitcher Joe Ryan. He is off to an incredible start this season, and I expect that to continue in this game on Tuesday night. He comes into this game with seven victories on the season and he will be looking to pick up his eighth win of the year here in the start against the Houston Astros. He will also be looking to lower his Earned Run Average which is currently sitting slightly above two at 2.21 heading into the start. He comes into this game averaging around six innings pitched per appearance and I have him going over his total outs in this game.
My second pick for this game is for the Minnesota Twins to pick up the victory in this one against the Houston Astros. With Joe Ryan on the mound they have the clear advantage in the pitching matchup and I expect them to take full advantage of that and pick up a comfortable victory over the Houston Astros. Minnesota already picked up the victory in game number one of the series on Monday and they will be looking to officially clinch the series with another victory on Tuesday. That is exactly what I expect as I look for the Minnesota Twins to set up the opportunity to sweep the defending World Series champions in Wednesday’s finale with another victory here in this one.

Atlanta Braves @ Oakland Athletics – 9:40PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Bryce Elder. My second pick for this game is for the Atlanta Braves to pick up the victory and cover the spread in the second game of this series against the Oakland Athletics. I look for Atlanta to even up the series in this game after their upset loss yesterday to Oakland on Monday night to open up the series. With Bryce Elder on the mound they have the clear advantage in the pitching matchup and I expect them to take full advantage of that and pick up a comfortable victory over the Oakland Athletics. As I think, the Atlanta Braves win this one and blow out fashion on Tuesday to even up the series, heading into Wednesday’s finale.
