Minnesota Timberwolves @ Miami Heat – 8pm ET

Two of the top teams will face off in this as the Minnesota Timberwolves will meet the Miami Heat on Saturday evening in South Beach. Both teams are coming off of the first night of a back-to-back as Minnesota faced off with the Orlando Magic on the road and Miami hosted the Cleveland Cavaliers. Minnesota currently finds itself in the middle of the pack in the Western Conference the moment. As they are sitting in seventh place with only 14 games to go in the regular season. If they want to avoid the play-in this game would be a huge first step in the right direction as they will need to pass Denver to escape the potential one-game playoff. While Miami is on top of the Eastern Conference and will coast into the postseason most likely.

My first pick for this game is for Heat superstar Jimmy Butler to go over his total blocks and steals combined as Butler is one of the best two-way players in the entire league. Butler put up a great showing against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday evening as he went for 20 plus points and had multiple steals and a block as he and Bam Adebayo led the Miami Heat to a huge victory at home. The Heat now come into this game with a record of 45-23 as they have 14 games left to go in the regular season.

My second pick for this game is a Miami Heat victory. As I look for the Heat to get their second win in two nights with another victory at home, this time over the Minnesota Timberwolves. As I believe the Heat are just too talented this season and should get a tough grind-it-out win over the Minnesota Timberwolves in this game. As Miami looks to keep some distance between itself and the rest of the Eastern Conference. While Minnesota is certainly no slouch, I just don’t think they will be able to keep up with Miami in this one.

NBA Parlay Pick: Butler over steals + blocks & Heat Moneyline

Cleveland Cavaliers @ Chicago Bulls – 8pm ET

This one has the potential to be a very competitive game between these two central division opponents. However, it also has the potential to be a blowout win for the Chicago Bulls, it all depends on which version of the Cleveland Cavaliers decides to show up on Saturday evening in the Windy City. Both of these teams are likely going to be playoff teams this season, pending any sort of crazy collapse for the Cavs. As far as the Bulls are concerned they very well may have all the pieces they need to make a deep run into the playoffs and win an NBA championship this season.

For my first pick for this highly anticipated matchup, I am going with Cleveland Cavaliers all-star point guard Darius Garland. He has put up great numbers all season as he has blossomed into one of the best young players in the National Basketball Association. Garland put up a great performance on Friday night against the Miami Heat despite losing the game in the end. He scored 24 points to go along with 10 assists and he shot 15/16 from the free-throw line. I expect more of the same out of him as he looks to get the Cavs back on track during the final stretch of the season. This is why I’m taking Garland to go over his points total.

My second pick for this game is another Cleveland Cavaliers player. As I’m going with Kevin Love to go over his points total as well. Love has been instrumental in the Cavaliers’ success this season as he has reignited his career by spending most of the season coming off of the bench. Love has put up decent numbers in limited minutes this season. As he is one of the last remaining members of the 2016 Cleveland Cavaliers team that won an NBA championship.

NBA Parlay Pick: Garland & Love over points

Milwaukee Bucks @ Golden State Warriors – 8:30 ET

This is going to be the best game of the Saturday evening slate and perhaps even the entire week and final month of the regular season. As the defending NBA champion, Milwaukee Bucks head west to the Bay to play the splash bros and the Golden State Warriors. Milwaukee comes into this game with a record of 42-25 on the season as they are currently in second place in the Eastern Conference standings. Meanwhile, Golden State is sitting in third place in the Western Conference with a record of 45-22, locked tight with the second-place Memphis Grizzlies.

My first pick for this game is Golden State Warriors star, Stephen Curry. Steph is the greatest shooter in the history of the National Basketball Association, and he proves it every time he steps onto the basketball court. Curry has already broken the all-time three-pointers made record this season he continues to distance himself from the rest of the pack with each passing game. In this one, I am taking him to once again hit the over on his total three-pointers made in this big-time game against the Milwaukee Bucks.

My second pick in this game is a Golden State Warriors victory in this one, as the Warriors have been one of the best teams in the league this season. With the splash brothers finally healthy and Draymond Green’s return coming soon, if they can stay healthy the Warriors will be a serious NBA championship contender. I look for this to go down to the very end and potentially even go into overtime but in the end, I am still taking the Warriors to get the win at home over the Bucks.

NBA Parlay Pick: Curry over Threes & Warriors Moneyline

Toronto Raptors @ Denver Nuggets – 9pm ET

The Toronto Raptors are only a few years removed from an NBA championship and now with a new set of leaders, they will look to bring another home to the six this season. But only time will tell if that will truly happen or if the Raptors are still missing a true superstar to get the job done again. Meanwhile, the Denver Nuggets are led by the reigning Most Valuable Player Nikola Jokic as they will be looking to make a deep run to the finals as well. Denver is one of the many contenders in an unusually weak Western Conference this season.

My first pick in this one is Toronto Raptors point guard Fred Van Vleet. As he has gone from college star to undrafted to NBA champion to All-star. Van Vleet is a future superstar in the making in my opinion as well as he has all the potential in the world to become one of the faces of this Toronto Raptors franchise. I look for Van Vleet to put up some big numbers in this big-time game. He was held to only ten points against the Phoenix Suns during the Toronto Raptors win on Friday, which makes it even more likely that he will break out a big-time performance in this game. I’m taking FVV to go over his points total in this one.

My second pick for this game is the reigning Most Valuable Player award winner, Nikola Jokic to surpass his combined Points, Rebounds, and Assists total. Jokic has been a monster once again this season as he aims to win a second straight Most Valuable Player award. Jokic would become the second straight player to win back to back Most Valuable Player award after Giannis did it in 2018-2019 and 2019-2020. Jokic is averaging 26 points this season to go along with 13 rebounds and 8 assists.

NBA Parlay Pick: Van Vleet over points & Jokic over points + rebounds + assists

Washington Wizards @ Portland Trail Blazers – 10pm ET

The Washington Wizards have had a mediocre season so far this year. They come into this game with a record of 29-35 heading into the second game of their back to back after playing the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday evening. Meanwhile, the Portland Trailblazers went full rebuild mode when they traded away CJ McCollum to the New Orleans Pelicans at the trade deadline. The Trailblazers come into this game with a record of 25-40 on the season. Despite their miserable record they still have a shot at making the play-in game.

My first pick for this game is the over for both teams combined points hitting. As I look for this to be a competitive high scoring game between two teams towards the bottom of the standings in the NBA. I wouldn’t be surprised if they combined for at least 250 in this one as both teams are very capable of scoring a lot when they get hot. Washington comes into this game averaging 108 points per game while giving up 110 points per game and Portland comes into this game averaging 106 points per game while giving up 113 points per game.

My second pick for this game is a Washington Wizards victory as I think they have been playing much better as of late and should have more than enough talent to get the win over the Portland Trail Blazers. Washington is going to be desperate for as many victories as possible down the stretch as they currently sit just outside of the play-in window two games behind the Atlanta Hawks. The Trail Blazers have struggled as of late as they’ve lost six in a row and are slumping.
