My first pick for this game is for the Cleveland Cavaliers Donovan Mitchell. He finally broke his lengthy streak of not scoring more than 20 points against the Miami Heat in the Cavaliers last game. However, unfortunately, Cleveland still managed to lose that game as well. But I do look for him to use the momentum from that performance to propel him and this one as they start the first of two consecutive games against the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday afternoon. Mitchell comes into this game averaging nearly 28 points per game on the season and in previous matchups against the Charlotte Hornets this season, he is averaging 34 points per game.
My second pick for this game is for the Charlotte Hornets point guard Terry Rozier. Terry Rozier is currently the leading scorer for the Charlotte Hornets as he comes into this game averaging over 20 points per game on the season. The last time Charlotte met the Cleveland Cavaliers Terry Rozier had himself a game, as he scored 28 points in Cleveland way back in the beginning of the season. However, I am expecting a similar performance from him and this one when they meet the Cavaliers again this time at home on Sunday afternoon. As I look for both Donovan Mitchell and Terry Rozier to go over their total points in this game.

Washington Wizards @ Philadelphia 76ers – 6pm ET
My first pick for this game is for the Washington Wizards, Bradley Beal. In a day and age where loyalty is somewhat meaningless in the NBA, Bradley Beal defines with the world loyalty means he spent his entire career with the Washington Wizards. He has been solid for Washington this season as he comes into this game as their current leading scorer as he is averaging just over 23 points per game on the season. His average remains the same when facing the Philadelphia 76ers and that is why I am expecting a solid game out of him in this one as Washington looks to make a late season playoff push.
My second pick for this game is for the Philadelphia 76ers Joel Embiid. He is one of the most unstoppable, big men in the entire league, and if he ever develops a three point shot, he is going to be even more dangerous than he already is. He seemingly can go for 40 points a night without even breaking a sweat and his points per game average so far this season has him among the league leaders in scoring. As he comes into this game averaging well over 30 points per game on the year. I expect him to have another solid game in this one as I look for both Embiid and Bradley Beal to go over their total points on Sunday night.

Portland Trail Blazers @ New Orleans Pelicans – 7pm ET
My first pick for this game is for the Portland Trail Blazers Damian Lillard. Despite a few injury concerns, he has shown that he is still one of the best players in the entire league this season. His points per game average currently puts him among the league leaders in scoring as he is averaging well over 30 points per game on the season for Portland. Despite being listed on the injury report, I expect him to play in this one, as this is his first opportunity to play against former teammate CJ McCollum. I look for Lillard to try and go bucket for bucket with McCollum and go over his total points in this game.
My second pick for this game is for the New Orleans Pelicans CJ McCollum. It would almost feel weird not to pick him for this one as you know, he will certainly have revenge on his mind. He will be playing the Portland Trail Blazers after being traded away from Portland during the trade deadline last season. Some would say it’s the best thing that ever happened to his career as he has been vital for New Orleans ever since arriving in the Bayou. I look for him to have a spectacular performance in this game as he tries to show Portland why they made the wrong decision by trading him away.

Oklahoma City Thunder @ San Antonio Spurs – 7pm ET
My first pick for this game is for the Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. He has been playing incredible basketball this season, and when he is in the lineup, the Thunder offense runs through him. His points per game average puts him among the league leaders in scoring up until this point of the year as he averages over 30 points per game on the season. In one previous matchup against the San Antonio Spurs Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 28 points and I expect him to have a similar performance in this one as I look for him to go over his total points.
My second pick for this game is for the Oklahoma City Thunder to complete the three-game regular season sweep of the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday evening. Neither one of these teams have been particularly impressive this season, but San Antonio has been on an entirely new level of terrible. I look for Oklahoma City to get a third consecutive comfortable victory over the San Antonio Spurs and grab themselves a huge win in regards to the Western Conference play-in race as the season quickly winds down.

New York Knicks @ Los Angeles Lakers – 9pm ET
My first pick for this game is for the Los Angeles Lakers, LeBron James. It has been a solid year for LeBron and even though he is in his 20th year in the league he still seems like an ageless wonder. It almost seems as if he can take the court and put up 40 points any night he wishes. A performance like that will be needed more than ever down the stretch of the season as the Los Angeles Lakers look to battle for a playoff spot in the Western Conference. I look for a solid performance out of LeBron and this one against the New York Knicks at home as I have him going over his total points.
My second pick for this game is for the Los Angeles Lakers to pick up the victory over the New York Knicks at home and this game on Sunday night. The New York Knicks are struggling as of late as they have lost three games in a row and find themselves sliding down the eastern conference standings rather quickly. I don’t look for it to get much better for them in this game when they remain on the West Coast to finish their California trip against the Los Angeles Lakers. As I look for LeBron to lead the way, and beat the Knicks, who will likely not have Jalen Brunson in this one either.
