My first pick for this game is for the Philadelphia 76ers superstar big man Joel Embiid. I look for Embiid to put up a big game in this huge Eastern Conference matchup as this could end up being a preview of an Eastern Conference playoff series. As of right now the Philadelphia 76ers are fourth in the Eastern Conference, while the Toronto Raptors are fifth in the Eastern Conference, which means these two teams will be facing off in round number one if this holds. I could easily see Embiid scoring 30 plus points in this one.

My second pick for this game is for the Toronto Raptors superstar big man Pascal Siakam. I look for Siakam to turn in a big performance in what is basically a must win game for the Toronto Raptors. As they find themselves neck and neck with the Chicago Bulls for that fifth spot in the conference. Since bursting onto the scene during the 2019 NBA Finals, Siakam has remained one of the most dominant big men in the National Basketball Association, and I think he will show everyone why in this one.

Boston Celtics @ Milwaukee Bucks – 7:30pm ET
My first pick for this game is for the Boston Celtics superstar and franchise cornerstone Jaylen Brown. Brown has stepped up to the plate in so many big games for the Boston Celtics in his young career and I expect him to do it again in this one. As the Celtics are looking to grab as much momentum as they can before heading into the NBA playoffs. With Jayson Tatum being out of the lineup this is yet another opportunity for the former California Golden Bear to put on a show and I believe he will do just that with a spectacular scoring performance.

My second pick for this game is a Boston Celtics victory over the Milwaukee Bucks in this one on Thursday night in Milwaukee. Despite being on the road I think Boston steals the victory in this game as the Milwaukee Bucks will likely be without Giannis as he has basically been shut down for the remainder of the regular season. With Jaylen Brown still being in the lineup I think it gives the Boston Celtics a slight edge over the defending NBA champions.

San Antonio Spurs @ Minnesota Timberwolves – 8pm ET
My first pick for this game is for the Minnesota Timberwolves star and the best shooting big man in the history of the National Basketball Association, Karl Anthony Towns. Since coming out of the University Of Kentucky it was clear that Karl Anthony Towns was going to be a future star in the NBA and I think he will show everyone why he is a star in this one. As I expect Karl Anthony Towns to put up at least a 30 point performance in this potential Western Conference playoff preview.

My second pick for this game is a Minnesota Timberwolves victory over the San Antonio Spurs in this one. As the Spurs are dealing with multiple injuries coming down the stretch and already locked into the playoff play-in round. The Timberwolves are also clearly the more talented team in this one as well and I think the home court advantage will help in showing the gap between the two in this game. I don’t think Minnesota is going to run away with this game but when the final buzzer sounds I have them coming out on top.

Memphis Grizzlies @ Denver Nuggets – 9pm ET
My first pick for this game is for the Memphis Grizzlies superstar and franchise cornerstone Ja Morant. I look for Morant to put up his usual numbers and have a big game in this potential Western Conference playoff series preview on Thursday night in Denver. Morant has the been perhaps a top three player this season
in the National Basketball Association and deserves to have his name in the Most Valuable Player award conversation in my opinion as well.

My second pick for this game is for the reigning and defending Most Valuable Player award winner Nikola Jokic. Jokic may be well on his way to becoming the second straight player to win back to back Most Valuable Player awards and this game could be the final stamp he needs to secure it. He has been a force all season long and has the Denver Nuggets playing like one of the best teams in the Western Conference as well. I expect another big time performance from Jokic and this game is likely going to be a shootout between him and Ja Morant.

Los Angeles Lakers @ Golden State Warriors – 10pm ET
My first pick for this game is for both of these teams to combine to go under the total points mark that is set for this matchup. With all the superstars nowhere to be found in this game, this one is going to be a snooze fest. As without Lebron James, Anthony Davis. Steph Curry, and Klay Thompson this one is going to be nearly unwatchable in my opinion.

My second pick for this game is a Golden State Warriors victory over the Los Angeles Lakers. Despite the lack of big name players in this one I think Golden State’s younger bench will give them the edge over the Los Angeles Lakers. I expect this one to be a close one that goes down to the last second but I have Golden State pulling out the win.
