The Ravens also gave him some help in the form of Odell Beckham, Jr. at wide receiver, which has been much needed for several seasons in Baltimore. I expect Lamar Jackson to have a solid performance in the opening game of the season here on Sunday afternoon against Houston at home. As I look for Lamar Jackson to go over his total touchdown passes in the opening game of the season here on Sunday afternoon.
My second pick for this game is for the Baltimore Ravens to pick up the victory in the opening game of the season over the Houston Texans here on Sunday afternoon at home. Baltimore comes into the season with plenty of expectations and aspirations of winning the AFC North division and making the playoffs as well. I looked for them to get that plan started with a quality victory over the Houston Texans here on Sunday afternoon to open up the season. Houston is still in a rebuilding phase, despite grabbing their starting quarterback of the future in CJ Stroud, and they have a long way to go before they are a competitive team once again. As I look for them to put up a good fight, but in the end, I have Baltimore picking up the victory.

Philadelphia Eagles @ New England Patriots – 4:25PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Philadelphia Eagles starting quarterback, Jalen Hurts. He had his coming out party last year as he led Philadelphia all the way to the Super Bowl and he will be looking to open up this season on a positive note as well. Jalen Hurts has developed into a solid passer as well as a formidable runner in the league at the quarterback position and I expect him to have a quality performance and pick up right where he left off at the end of the season last year. As I look for Jalen Hurts to go over his total touchdown passes in the opening game of this season against the New England Patriots on Sunday afternoon in Foxborough.
My second pick for this game is for the Philadelphia Eagles to pick up the victory in the opening game of the season against the New England Patriots here on Sunday afternoon on the road in New England. Philadelphia is the defending NFC champions and they have plenty of momentum coming into the season, as they are once again the favorites to bring home the NFC championship this year. I expect them to get their season off to a fantastic start as I look for the Philadelphia defense to smother the New England offense, and for the Philadelphia offense to put enough points on the board to grab a victory here in this one.

Green Bay Packers @ Chicago Bears – 4:25PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Chicago Bears, starting quarterback, Justin Fields. Although his passing ability is often questioned, it is clearly known that he is able to run with his legs better than almost any other quarterback in the NFL this season. I expect his running ability to come in to play in the opening game of this season against the Green Bay Packers at home on Sunday afternoon at Soldier Field. As I look for Justin Fields to go over his total, rushing yards in the opening game of the season here on Sunday afternoon at home. Chicago looks to open up the season with a victory over their most hated rivals, the Green Bay Packers.
My second pick for this game is for the Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love. He has spent the last several years sitting behind Aaron Rodgers, but now Aaron Rodgers is off to New York City and it is Jordan Love’s time to shine in Green Bay. Much like his opposition in this one, Jordan Love is able to run with his legs as well and I do expect that to come in to play in this game for the Green Bay Packers as well. That is exactly what I expect as I also look for the new starting quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, Jordan Love to go over his total, rushing yards in the opening game of the season against the Chicago Bears on the road on Sunday afternoon.

Los Angeles Rams @ Seattle Seahawks – 4:25PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Los Angeles Rams, starting quarterback, Matthew Stafford. After leading them to a Super Bowl victory two years ago, he missed most of last season with an injury, and he will be looking to bounce back in the opening game of this season here on Sunday afternoon in Seattle. Although he will likely be without his number one option Cooper Kupp I still expect Matthew Stafford to have a quality performance in the opening game of the season against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday afternoon. As I look for Matthew Stafford to go over his total touchdown passes to open up the 2023-24 National Football League season, and show the doubters that he has plenty of life left in him when it comes to playing football at a high level.
My second pick for this game is for the Seattle Seahawks quarterback, Geno Smith. Plenty of people doubted him coming into the season last year, and he proved them all wrong with his solid performances throughout the season. He will be looking to keep the momentum rolling when they open up the season at home against the Los Angeles Rams here on Sunday afternoon. He will also be looking to leave the Seattle Seahawks to a season opening victory over their divisional rivals, as they look to get a head start against one of the best divisions in all of football this season with an early divisional win. That is exactly what I expect as I look for Geno Smith to go over his total touchdown passes in the opening game of the season here on Sunday afternoon at home.

Dallas Cowboys @ New York Giants – 8:20PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Dallas Cowboys, starting quarterback, Dak Prescott. There are constant arguments about Dak Prescott, being a top 10 quarterback in the National Football League and with a solid performance here on Sunday night to open up the season he has a legitimate shot at putting himself in the top 10 conversation for the year. He will be going against a defense that he is very familiar with, as he faces them twice a season, and I expect him to have a quality performance because of that. As I look for Dak Prescott to open up the 2023-24 season by going over his total touchdown passes on Sunday Night Football against the New York Giants on the road in New Jersey.
My second pick for this game is for the Dallas Cowboys to pick up the season opening victory over the New York Giants here on Sunday night at the meadowlands in New Jersey. Dallas has had New York’s number over the last couple of years and I expect that to continue here on Sunday night as I look for Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys to get the job done against the New York Giants to open up the year. I look for Prescott. They have a quality performance opposite of Daniel Jones, and for the Dallas Cowboys to grab a comfortable victory in what should be a high scoring and competitive contest for the majority of the game.
