It has been a rough series for the Mariners as they have lost three of the first four games and now will be looking to salvage some momentum by grabbing a win in the finale on Sunday. I think Gilbert’s decent performance on the mound will lead to them picking up the much needed win to end the series and cap off the weekend as well.

The Dodgers struggled with the Phillies in their first series of the year as Philadelphia took three of the first four games they played against each other. However, the Dodgers won the opener of this series on Friday and I expect them to pick up a victory in the series finale on Sunday.

My first pick for this game is for the Cleveland Guardians starting pitcher, Shane Bieber. My second pick for this game is for the Cleveland Guardians to get the win over the Detroit Tigers in this series finale to win the series and complete the short two game sweep after a rainout on Saturday shortened the series. While the Detroit Tigers and Cleveland Guardians are both having rough starts to the 2022 Major League Baseball season, I still think the Guardians will grab the win in this one as Bieber being on the mound should be enough to get them the win.

Milwaukee has already won the first two games of this series as they have extended their winning streak to three and I think they will complete the sweep here on Sunday.
