My first pick for this game is for the Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher Kyle Gibson. He is having a solid first half of the season and he will look to keep it going in the second game of the series against the New York Yankees. Gibson comes into this game with eight victories under his belt this season, and he will be looking to pick up his ninth victory of the year here on Tuesday afternoon in the Bronx. This will be his second start this season against the Yankees and his second start in New York against the Yankees this year as well. In his first start against New York he pitched seven innings and didn’t give up a single run. I expect a similar appearance out of him in this one as I look for him to go over his total outs on Tuesday afternoon.
My second pick for this game is for the Baltimore Orioles to pick up the victory over the New York Yankees in the second game of this series here on Tuesday afternoon. With Kyle Gibson taking the mound for the Baltimore Orioles, they have the advantage of the pitching matchup in this game, and I expect them to exploit that advantage as they look to grab a huge victory over their divisional rivals. Last time Gibson faced the Yankees he shut them down, and this version of the Yankees lineup is a watered down version of the lineup that he faced earlier this season. That is why I expect Baltimore to grab a comfortable victory in the second game of this series on Tuesday afternoon in the Bronx.

Texas Rangers @ Boston Red Sox – 1:35PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Texas Rangers starting pitcher Dane Dunning. He is having a fantastic season up until this point, and he will be looking to grab another victory against the Boston Red Sox here on Tuesday afternoon at Fenway Park. He comes into this game with seven victories to his name this season, and he will be looking to pick up his eighth victory of the year against Boston. He has been unhittable at times this season as his ERA has been lingering around the 2.50 mark coming into this start. He is currently averaging around four and a half innings pitched per appearance this season and I expect him to go over his total outs here on Tuesday.
My second pick for this game is for the Texas Rangers to pick up the victory over the Boston Red Sox in the opening game of this series on Tuesday afternoon. Texas holds a massive advantage in the pitching matchup in this game with Dane Dunning taking the mound for them here on Tuesday. He has been tremendous this season, and I expect him to shut down an above average Boston Red Sox lineup as Texas looks to add to their lead in the American League West division. I expect Dunning to have a quality start in this game and for the Rangers lineup to get the job done against Boston’s less than impressive pitching staff this season. As I look for the Rangers to get a comfortable win over the Red Sox here on Tuesday afternoon.

Philadelphia Phillies @ Tampa Bay Rays – 4:10PM ET
My first pick for this game is for the Tampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Zach Eflin. He is having a solid first half of the season, and he will be looking to cap off the first half of the season with another victory. He comes into this game with nine victories to his name this season, and you will be looking to enter the double digit column with another quality start against the Philadelphia Phillies. F1 has gone five innings or longer and all but one of his starts this season and I expect the trend to continue here on Tuesday afternoon at Tropicana Field. As I look for Zach Eflin to go over his total outs against the Philadelphia Phillies.
My second pick for this game is for the Tampa Bay Rays to pick up the victory over the Philadelphia Phillies in the opening game of their three game series on Tuesday night. Tampa Bay holds a massive advantage in the pitching matchup in this game with Eflin taking them out for them here on Tuesday night against the Phillies. I expect them to exploit that advantage, as they look to open up the series at home with a victory and extend their lead on the rest of the league in regards to having the best record in all of baseball this season. I expect Tampa Bay to grab a comfortable victory over Philadelphia in the opening game of the series on Tuesday night behind a solid performance from Eflin on the mound.

My first pick for this game is for the Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Wade Miley. He is having a solid first half of the season and he will be looking to cap off his successful start with another victory over their National League Central rivals here on Tuesday at home. Miley comes into this game with a record of 5-2 and he will be looking to pick up his sixth victory of the season here on Tuesday afternoon at home against the Chicago Cubs. He is currently averaging around five and a half innings pitched per appearance this season and I expect him to go over his total outs here on Tuesday.
My second pick for this game is for the Milwaukee Brewers to pick up the victory over the Chicago Cubs in the second game of their series on Tuesday night. Milwaukee already picked up a victory in the opening game of this series on Monday night and they will be looking to pick up their second consecutive victory in this series here again on Tuesday. With Wade Miley taking the mound for the Brewers, Milwaukee has an advantage in the pitching matchup in this game, and they will be looking to exploit that advantage against the Cubs. I expect the Brewers to do just that and keep the momentum rolling from their victory on Monday by getting another comfortable victory against Chicago.

My first pick for this game is for the San Diego Padres starting pitcher Joe Musgrove. It has been a solid first half of the season for him up until this point, and he will be looking to add another victory to his record before heading into the All-Star break. He comes into this game with six victories to his name on the year, and he will be looking to pick up his seventh victory of the season here on Tuesday night in the second game of this three game series. He is currently averaging around five strikeouts per appearance this season and I expect him to go over his total strikeouts here on Tuesday.
My second pick for this game is for the Los Angeles Angels starting pitcher Shohei Ohtani. He is once again on track to bring home the American League MVP award at the end of the season with the way he has been performing this year. He leads the league in home runs and he has been one of the best pitchers in the American League as well and I expect him to have another quality start here in San Diego on Tuesday. Ohtani should have no problem reaching double digit strikeouts against a struggling Padres lineup. He is currently averaging around eight strikeouts per appearance this season and I expect him to go over his total strikeouts here on Tuesday.
