My second pick for this game is for the Atlanta Hawks Dejounte Murray. With Trae Young being a gametime decision for this contest on Monday night against Denver, I look for Dejounte Murray to play a bigger role in the outcome of this one. He comes into this game as the second leading scorer for the Atlanta Hawks this season and he will look to move into first with a fantastic performance here on Monday night at home against the defending NBA champions. He comes into this game as the leading scorer for the Chicago Bulls as he is averaging around 22 points per game throughout the early part of the regular season. I expect him to lead the way once again here on Monday night in Milwaukee as I look for DeMar DeRozan to go over his total points against the Milwaukee Bucks.

He has put up incredible stats throughout the first part of the regular season as he is allowed to move more freely without the basketball after the addition of Damian Lillard. It has made him even more dangerous when he is on the court and he will look to record another fantastic performance here on Monday night at home against the Chicago Bulls as he looks to keep playing at an MVP level throughout the early part of the year. He comes into this game as the leading scorer for the Milwaukee Bucks at the early part of the season and his points per game average also put him near the top of the leaderboard for points per game in the NBA this season as well. My first pick for this game is for the former number one overall draft pick Anthony Edwards. As Minnesota looks to pick up yet another early season statement victory over a potential playoff team in the western conference. That is exactly what I expect of Anthony Edwards here on Monday night as I look for him to go over his total points in this game against New Orleans.
My second pick for this game is for the New Orleans Pelicans CJ McCollum. Despite missing plenty of time with an injury he is still one of the best players on this roster and he has still put up fantastic numbers this season when he has been healthy. He has scored in double digits four out of their last five games on the season, and he will be looking to make it five out of six with another quality game here on Monday night at home. That is exactly what I expected of CJ McCollum here on Monday night at home as I look for him to go over his total points against the Minnesota Timberwolves as he looks to lead New Orleans to a much-needed win early on in the regular season.

Utah Jazz @ Oklahoma City Thunder – 8pm ET
My first pick for this game is for the Utah Jazz’s Collin Sexton. He has put up quality numbers when he has been healthy this season, and he will look to record another fantastic performance here on Monday night on the road in Oklahoma City. Last season after the Donovan Mitchell trade he was given another opportunity to lead his own team. Regardless of the result, that is exactly what I expect as I look for him to go over his total points here in this game on Monday night.
My second pick for this game is for the Oklahoma City Thunder’s Shai Gilgeous Alexander. He has been incredible throughout the early part of the regular season, and he will look to post another fantastic performance here on Monday night at home against the Utah Jazz. He comes into this game as the leading scorer for the Oklahoma City Thunder. He is a volume scorer and he is capable of dropping 30+ points on anyone and given night without even breaking a sweat. I look for him to surpass that number here on Monday night as Oklahoma City looks to continue their solid start to the year.
