With the way he has been playing throughout the early part of the year that seems very likely at the moment as he has been one of the best players in the league throughout the first month and a half of the regular season. He comes into this game as the leading scorer for the Philadelphia 76ers and his points per game average puts him near the top of the leaderboard in points per game throughout the league as well. He comes into this game averaging 34 points per game throughout the early part of the regular season and he will look to surpass that number on Wednesday night in Detroit. Although I don’t expect him to score more than 34 points in this game, I do look for Joel Embiid to go over his total points here on Wednesday night against the Pistons.
My second pick for this game is for the Detroit Pistons point guard Cade Cunningham. Despite the results not coming on the scoreboard for the Detroit Pistons he is putting up incredible individual numbers throughout the early part of the season. He will be looking to lead them to an upset victory over one of the best teams in the league with a quality performance here on Wednesday night at home as Detroit looks for a massive victory. As they look to get their season on track throughout the rest of December, and break their lengthy losing streak. He has been one of the few bright spots for the Detroit Pistons team, throughout the early part of the year, especially with the way he has returned to his old form after suffering a devastating injury early on in the season last year. He comes into this game as the leading scorer for Detroit and he is averaging around 22 points per game throughout the early part of the regular season. I expect him to put up quality numbers in this game at home and I look for him to go over his total points against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Atlanta Hawks @ Toronto Raptors – 7:30pm ET
My first pick for this game is for the Atlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young. He has been putting up fantastic numbers throughout the early part of the regular season and he will look to record another quality performance in this game on Wednesday night north of the border in Toronto. He has been the key that makes this team thrive when it comes to the Atlanta Hawks and he will look to continue the momentum with another fantastic performance here in this one. My second pick for this game is for the Toronto Raptors Pascal Siakam. He had a slow start to the regular season, but he has picked it up over the last couple of weeks and he will be looking to record another fantastic performance here in this one. He comes into this game as the leading scorer for Toronto as he averages around 20 points per game throughout the early part of the regular season. He will improve his shooting percentage if he wants to and maintain long-term success throughout the regular season as he is shooting around 49% from the field throughout the early part of the year. He has been a dominant force for the Toronto Raptors ever since their NBA championship run back in 2019. He will look to record another fantastic performance here in this game as he looks to lead Toronto to a crucial home victory. Regardless of the result in this game I still expect Pascal Siakam to post quality numbers here in this one as I look for him to go over his total points on Wednesday night at home.

Indiana Pacers @ Milwaukee Bucks – 8pm ET
My first pick for this game is for the Indiana Pacers point guard Tyrese Haliburton. He has established himself as one of the best point guards in the league, and he will further prove that narrative with another quality performance here on Wednesday night in Milwaukee. He comes into this game averaging a double double on the season, and his play is a big part of the reason why Indiana is enjoying some success throughout the early part of the year. The addition of Damian Lillard allows Giannis Antetokounmpo to move around the court without the basketball more often, which makes him that much more dangerous for the other 29 teams in the NBA. He comes into this game as the leading scorer for the Milwaukee Bucks and his points per game also puts him among the league leaders in scoring throughout the early part of the season as well. He comes into this game averaging nearly 31 points per game throughout the early part of the regular season and he will look to surpass that number throughout this game on Wednesday night at home against Indiana. I expect him to go over his total points here on Wednesday night against the Indiana Pacers as Milwaukee looks for a solid victory at home.

That is exactly what I expect out of LeBron James here in this game on Wednesday night as I look for him to go over his total points here in this one.
My second pick for this game is for the most recent number one overall draft pick Victor Wembanyama. For over a year he was considered the next LeBron James and he will have the opportunity to prove that here in this game against LeBron James on Wednesday night at home. He is putting up quality numbers throughout his first season in the NBA, but he has been asked to do too much at times which has not led to much success this San Antonio Spurs. He comes into this game, leading the San Antonio Spurs and points per game and rebounds per game as he’s averaging over 20 points per game throughout the early part of the year. He will be looking to maintain those numbers with a quality performance here on Wednesday night against the Los Angeles Lakers at home. That is exactly what I expect out of him here in this one is I look for him to go over his total points here on Wednesday night at home.
