My first pick for this game is the Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic. Doncic has been putting up Most Valuable Player award winning numbers for the majority of the season and I expect more of the same in this huge road game in Cleveland, Ohio. Doncic has the Dallas Mavericks playing like one of the top teams in the Western Conference with a couple weeks left in the regular season. In the Mavericks last game on Tuesday evening against the Los Angeles Lakers, Doncic scored 34 points and put up a triple-double in a huge win.

My second pick for this game is Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard Darius Garland. Garland has carried the Cavs throughout the majority of this shocking season and he will have to do it again in this one as he will be without Evan Mobley, in what is a very crucial game for the Cleveland Cavaliers playoff hopes. Garland has been the one constant for the Cavaliers throughout a season full of unlucky and untimely injuries and I expect another big game out of him in this one. As the Cavs are going to be desperate for wins down the stretch.

Miami Heat @ Boston Celtics – 7:30pm ET
Two of the best teams in the Eastern Conference are set to meet in this one as the Miami Heat head north to the cold streets of Boston to play the Celtics. Both of these teams will be looking for a momentum boost before heading into the playoffs.
My first pick for this game is the best two way player in the league Jimmy Butler. Since coming into the league Butler has been one of the defensive players year in and year out. As the years have gone on his offensive game has caught up as well and as I previously said he is now the best two-way player in the entire National Basketball Association. I expect another big game from Butler on both ends of the court again in this one as he will look to keep the Miami Heat on top of the Eastern Conference down the stretch.

My second pick for this game is the Celtics franchise cornerstone Jayson Tatum. Tatum is the best player to wear a Boston Celtics uniform since Paul Pierce or some would argue Larry Bird. Tatum has been a key player for this Celtics team all season long and he always delivers when called upon. I expect more of the same in this huge matchup that could potentially be a preview of the Eastern Conference Finals as well. I look for this one to be a shootout between Jimmy Butler and Jayson Tatum on Wednesday evening in BeanTown.

Minnesota Timberwolves @ Toronto Raptors – 7:30pm ET
Two dark horse teams meet in this Eastern Conference vs Western Conference crossover matchup on Wednesday evening north of the border in Canada. As the Minnesota Timberwolves will take on the Toronto Raptors.
My first pick for this game is the best shooting big man in the history of the National Basketball Association, Karl Anthony Towns. Towns was the winner of this year’s NBA three point shooting contest at all star weekend in Cleveland. That is why I expect him to rain down some more three balls in this huge Eastern vs Western Conference matchup against the Toronto Raptors. Towns’ ability to shoot the three ball make the Minnesota Timberwolves incredibly dangerous come playoff time.

My second pick for this game is Toronto Raptors big man Pascal Siakam. Siakam put up huge numbers the other night against the Cleveland Cavaliers. He followed that performance up with another big time game against the Boston Celtics where he dropped 40 points in a huge overtime victory. Every game down the stretch will be huge for the Toronto Raptors to avoid the playoff play-in round and I expect Siakam to step up in every single one of them. This is going to be a war between two of the best big men in the entire National Basketball Association.

Memphis Grizzlies @ San Antonio Spurs – 8:30pm ET
This Western Conference matchup suddenly got a lot more important with the sudden rise of the San Antonio Spurs. The Spurs now find themselves positioned in the playoff play-in round and will be looking for a huge win over Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies to remain there.
My first pick for this game is San Antonio Spurs point guard Dejonte Murray. I look for Murray to put up a big game as the San Antonio Spurs will be desperate for a win to put some space between them and the Los Angeles Lakers. The Spurs season suddenly has new life after they moved into the 10th seed in the Western Conference and into the playoff play-in round after the Lakers loss to the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday night. I expect Murray to be sure to keep some distance as he tries to lead the Spurs to a huge win over a Memphis Grizzlies team that could have Ja Morant for the first time in the last handful of games.

My second pick for this game is a Memphis Grizzlies victory over the San Antonio Spurs. With the Grizzlies likely getting Ja Morant back for this one I think they will bounce back to form and get a much needed victory over a red hot San Antonio Spurs team. The Grizzlies are a dark horse team to win the NBA championship this season but they will need a healthy Ja Morant to do so. In Morant’s absence Desmond Bane has stepped up to the plate for Memphis. I look for Bane and Morant to both play a role in this win.

Phoenix Suns @ Golden State Warriors – 10pm ET
This huge Western Conference matchup could potentially end up being a preview of the Western Conference Finals in a few short months. As the league leading Phoenix Suns head to the San Francisco Bay to play the Golden State Warriors.
My first pick for this game is Phoenix Suns all star point guard Devin Booker. While the Suns technically have nothing to play for in the regular season, Booker is still putting up some huge performances. He scored over 30 points in the last game against the Philadelphia 76ers and I expect another big game in this one against another title contender in the Golden State Warriors. If Booker and Ayton can remain healthy and Chris Paul can make it back in time for the playoffs this Suns team could be a serious threat to win the title in their second straight NBA finals appearance.

My second pick for this game is Draymond Green. Since returning from an injury that kept him out for the majority of the season Green has played well down the stretch. I am expecting another big game from him in this one as Golden State still has a ton to play for with less than ten games remaining in the 2021-22 regular season. I look for Green to put up another big game in what could be a huge momentum-grabbing win for the Golden State Warriors in this one.
